Fluenx Terms of Service

1. Scope

Fluenx is a SaaS service operated by Studio Digitale (P.IVA 03704400831, Via La Farina 21, 98077 Santo Stefano di Camastra (ME), Italia) that allows registered users to build lead generation funnels/forms and collect contact data.

2. Sign-up

Sign-up is free and requires an email, password, username, and acceptance of these Terms and of the DPA.

3. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to:

Complete their business details before publishing forms
Comply with the GDPR and with laws applicable to the data of the leads collected
Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, or in breach of public policy
Not collect health data, special categories (Art. 9 GDPR) or minors' data without the safeguards required by law

4. Usage limits

During the MVP phase, the service is provided with "soft" anti-abuse limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of manifestly abusive or unlawful use.

5. Liability

Fluenx provides the technical infrastructure. Processing of lead data is the sole responsibility of the controller (the user), under the DPA accepted at signup.

6. Account deletion

The user can delete their account at any time from /admin/settings/profile. Deletion results in the immediate and permanent removal of all forms, leads and associated data.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will require renewed explicit acceptance.
